since the first thing I said was, "im on a top of the line system". you trolling a video game forum and using the emotes of a 12 year old girl though, you're really the quintessential caricature of a *aggot huh
See here for a 60 FPS fix that makes the game less choppy, but does make things a little weird.
It was slammed at release for being a terrible port, but that was on the lack of experience of the people who ported it over.

The game runs on an advanced version of the engine that GTA San Andreas ran on.
It's an 8 year old game (10 if you count the original),
there is a frame uncapper you can find specifically for Bully SE,
there are a few ENBs you can use for Bully SE, volume controls work when Bully runs for me,
and I also use an Xbox360 controller and it works good. If you don't know, you have to change the control settings to "Xbox 360 Compatible" from "Standard Controls"
I am running this on Windows 10 as well. I've had little to no issues with this game other than bad keyboard controls.
in 13 hours you could finish this game :)
thnx for heads up every1
