Bully: Insanity Edition Mod

I need help playing the insanity 2.3 edition mod for this game. I am stuck on the first lvl where you have to beat up the bully Trent.

When it gets to gameplay I can't use any buttons, the game says press R to grab and I do but in return I keep getting kicked in the nuts. Or it just won't let me hit at all using left shift, I press keys normaly but no results.

Stuck on this lvl and Inanity Edition 2.3 looks great but whats the fun if you can't even beat the firsts mission?

Also this mod is a nightmare when did Sheldon start taking steroids?

I had to use an earlier version of the mod this issue was only in 2.3 and not in 2.1 however 2.0 just crashed on me.

I would rec anyone to use the 2.1 version of the Insanity Edition mod if you are running Windows 7/8.

well.. the mod randomises the fighting styles for the npcs everytime you load up the game.. so you got trent with the girl's fighting style

It's more of a luck thing than anything for getting through that mission without problems. I'm aware of the issue, the first few missions can go wrong real easy when you do any kind of modding, especially the fight tutorial. Sorry for the inconvenience, it'll probably be fixed in version 3.0. Hope you're enjoying the mod otherweise m8.
