cant put "kick me" signs on kids

Same issue here. Also, I was sliding down a rail when I kepts sliding off the map. Had to ctrl+alt+del

they need to have their backs turned to you and you have to get close. Even if you are 5 feet away and it gives you the option to put the sign on, nothing will happen unless you are closer.

The game only lets you get so close. I did change my video settings. As a programmer myself, I've had an issue with something like this. You think that may be the problem?

if you're on the halloween prank quests, you just need to put the sign on any person. move to someone else and place the sign.

You gotta push shift while behind them. Plus with the halloween pranks, you can do other ones and still make it to.... "The Big Prank"

It helped me to be running when I placed the sign. If I wasn't running I would take a swing at my target instead.
