What does the H marker on the map mean?

I get that its a mission but why is it different from the others?

its not a mission, H means Hobo in the mission A little help he told us to "get me a radio transistor and i'll teach you new moves" so when you find a radio transistor around town go give it to hobo so he can teach you new fighting moves
