Cannot get past Weed Killer mission

So I been tryna get through this mission but every time I reach the end where you leave the house it still tells me to leave the harrington house even when outside. If I walk back inside I get stuck on an endless loading screen. I've seen another post where someone said they downloaded the community patch and it fixed it. I have the Silent patch installed and I'm still having issues with the mission. Is that not the right patch and if it is then are there any other fixes? Please and thank you.

Okay so for me dropping the FPS down to 30 fixed the issue.

Ive read that even with the patch some missions can be bugged when playing on more than 30 fps. I left my game locked to 30 fps and didnt have any problems, had 1 crash in 20+ hours of playing and that was when i entered a class.

If you can handle playing at 30 fps i would just leave it at that. I find it fine on older games.

i think you have to leave the whole property to complete that objective.If it happens while in 30FPS

Can confirm this worked for me, got the unofficial patch and NVIDIA boosted graphics. All you have to do is change the fps cap back to 30 and then do the mission.

I found a really stupid fix guys...

If you leave the property but the game wants you to go back, instead head into town. What I did was head to the place where the rich kids like to go boxing. Once you enter that building the game is gonna sput you back out onto school grounds and complete the mission.
