Good work, I like it, but there are some mistakes on loading animation groups. This can result in NPCs doing the T Pose, maybe you're using a mod that loads the animation groups for you (like supermod, selector mod, etc) and that's why you haven't faced that problem yet. But don't worry about, it's not hard to fix, it's just a little confused because we don't know exactly what animation groups we need to load. I would like to help you fixing that and explain it better, if you want. I'm a modder aswell and I work with LUA scripts ;)
