Goth and Emo Mod

Is making a new clique with a mod possible? I don't mean retexturing an existing clique. I mean making entirely new models, textures, animations, everything. If that is possible, here is my idea for a new mod.

2 new cliques: The Goths and the Emos. Both the Goths and the Emos have 9 members (the leader, the girl, the African-American, the bisexual, and the 5 straight white men). These two cliques don't have a designated hangout, they just loiter around on campus listening to music and smoking. The Goths are identified by their black hair, odd hairstyles, thick, pitch-black eyeshadow, and gothic clothing (black trenchcoats, ripped jeans, chokers, lolita dress for the girl, jewelry you can find at any hot topic, etc.) The Emos are identified by their oversized band T-shirts, self-harm scars, piercings, and blue/purple/black hair. Members of these cliques don't go to class, and they are often harassed by Prefects for skipping class and smoking. They don't go to class because they are too edgy and nonconformist to go to class and get an education. The only thing these two cliques give a damn about is their bitter rivalry with each other. When a Goth meets an Emo, all hell breaks loose. The two parties will insult each other and brawl with each other until one party either walks away or gets knocked out. But when Goths and Emos are nowhere near each other, they don't display as much enthusiasm. Goths and Emos do bully Nerds and Normals, sure. But put a Goth or Emo with a Bully, Prep, Jock, or Greaser, a few insults being thrown around is all that will happen.

As for the girls and bisexuals, Jimmy cannot kiss a goth girl, a goth bisexual, an emo girl, or an emo bisexual. Goth girls and bisexuals will only kiss members of their own clique, and the same goes for emos.

If the maker of the mod could record lines for these cliques, that would be amazing. Like Goths calling Emos "posers", and Goths calling you a "Nazi conformist" while the Emos are lamenting about how much they hate life and want to end it all. If the mod maker cannot record lines, then they should use pre-existing lines.

The maker does not need to make a new fighting style. The Goths and the Emos will use the same fighting style as the Bullies.

Goths and Emos should be able to throw people in trash cans, shove people in lockers, etc.

Goths and Emos will have their own tags. Goth tags will say something like "POSERS", while Emo tags will say something like "LIFE IS PAIN". If I remember correctly, cliques had their own tags, so the new cliques should as well.

The Goths and Emos are like non-clique/normal students. They do not have any role in the story, they are only for freeroam.

The Emos have regular names, but the Goths have nicknames. The Goths have "goth" names like Nightpain or Gothica.

The leader of the Goths is identified by his extremely overdone edgy vampire look. The Goth leader has a tattered trenchcoat, ripped jeans, a cape, a choker, an entire Hot Topic's worth of fake goth jewelry (chains, upside down crosses, etc.) and fake blood dripping from his mouth.

The leader of the Emos is identified by his wild blue and black hair, his piercings, his large earrings, and his numerous self-harm scars.

Anyways, I hope you all liked my idea. Hopefully someone makes this mod.

All you can do is replace textures and models of peds, not add.
