shadows looks awful even on high

i tried to search everywere to find a solution but found nothing,what the hell is happening and how to solve it?

well,when i am inside the boys room or the school itself they are good,but when outside they are horrible,and from my understanding the 360 version of schollarship have good shadows,the mobile one also have tho that one is the annyversary edition,actually i even think the ps2 ones looked better,it´s probably just a bug or the game does`t properly support modern renderings

bruh,this is the schollarchip edition,did you saw the shadows on xbox 360 and mobile of this same version?they are amazing,they are ♥♥♥♥ here only because rockstar makes bad ports that´s it
