No missions
I tried to do "Balls of Snow", but I failed because the mission cannot be done in 60 fps so I did another missions. After finishing the missions, like "Cook's Crush", "Cook's Date", "Comic Klepto", I have locked the game at 30 fps for doing the "Balls of Snow" mission but in my game there are no missions... I've tried everything... What should I do?

I found the fix for me... when you press TAB and go to available tasks you can hide the missions... XD

This happened to me as well. Make sure they’re pinged on your tasks. I was running around for (in game) days looking for the missions, just to not have to be selected. Hope this helps
