I need some help with hex editing.

I'm trying to mod the black Orderly, Gregory, into free roam, but if I do, he spawns in the place of a Prefect rather than an Orderly.

Is there any way I can edit his settings in the ide file to where he spawns in the asylum and not the academy?

Doesn't seem to do much since Orderlies count as being in the same clique as Prefects. Theo (the only Orderly seen in free roam) is simply programmed to spawn at the asylum and retirement home instead of the academy. Gregory however is not since he only appears in an errand.

I also tried changing Bob to a Jock instead of a Bully but it disabled him from spawning in free roam completely.

You probably did something wrong i changed his clique to Jock and he spawns normally.
and about prefects, they are scripted and they're not suppose to spawn randomly, just like Russell they only spawn in certain places you either gonna have to change orderly's clique or go find the population.dat file inside the Trigger.img this file allows you to edit how many clique members spawn in a single area prefects are set to 0 as a number putting a higher number will make them spawn randomly
