More Rooms to the Beach House?

I just went to play Bully this morning and when I loaded my save in the beach house, I noticed on the minimap that there were two smaller rooms away from the house on the opposite side of the exit/entrance door. Is there anyway to get in these naturally, or do I have to glitch my way in and risk landing in pink water?

this was probably the beta room there is to many beta leftovers in this game you can spot the rooms that used in beta by looking the minimap but you cant go there cuz those rooms are removed from the game but not from the minimap
