I want to install a weapon mod but it says to just open image tool and then replace the files so I got an image tool but I still don't know how to do it I can't find what is says to do can someone help?

Place the img tool in your bully directory. Right click and run as administrator. Click on file and press open. Go to streaming and press on world img. After that press on edit and click find. Put in the name of the file you are looking for. After you have found the file you are looking for just delete it and press on command and click on the add button. Find the modded file you want to put in and just double click on it. After that just rebuild archive and you are done.
