Question for those who have "Super Mod"

Okay, I heard about "Super Mod" for Bully: Scholarship Edition and finally found a copy of version 4. My question is, how do I bring up the menu and navigate it?

I'm playing, using an Xbox 360 controller. The menu pops up when I load a safe, and I can use left and right on the D-Pad to navigate the menu, then press down on the D-Pad to select an option. Hoever, that's about it. I don't know how to bring the menu up, or how to navigate it more than what I mentioned above.

Also, is this the latest version?
