Kira is a minor character. You can go to a good-neutral ending, where the hero will start a relationship with her. This will be said in the epilogue.

Make all her events. In one of the events you should drink wine with her instead of leaving her room. In the final event you need to agree that there is something happening between you and Kira. Also I noticed Kira's route damages other girl's routes.
