They will probably ban me from this thread cause they don't want others to know and im sure this company is unprofessional enough to not take constructive criticism

I was a long old player of rakion, started playing around 2006 maybe earlier. The game was very popular before but it went downhill after years and years they shown nothing but very poor customer service. They don't care about the game! they don't care about the players. Do not spend money on this game, The original company behind this game is Softnyx Ltd. It is literally dead. Because it is dead, They created a sister company "Neosonyx Co., Ltd" and publish the game on steam. If you look on these threads, not even 1 developer/mod responded to anyone. This game is only on steam solely cause the original rakion don't pay their bills. they are disgraceful people. i will never spend on this game, the servers are laggy as f*ck. the game needs optimization.

They need to get their Sh*t together, The whole company and game itself needs a reconstruction. They are the parasites that poison the game we enjoy playing. Play the game as you wish but never pay their bills when they show no care or proper customer service to the players. F*ck that!

Join me and don't spend on game til they fix it. call this a rebellion, Call it a coup, I dont care. Do not let them receive your money while in return we get this buggy, laggy as F*ck game with poor customer service.

i played old rakion and remember when the game wasnt broken with ping basicly now if one person lags the whole room lags but back then it would only effect the lagger

Old rakion was at least playable. We had oceania server for australians to play in and never had any crazy lag.

The servers are so bad now, if 1 person lags it affects everyone as you said, not only that they need to fix the resolution. my monitor is big and im playing rakion in like a small windowed box.
