It should scale to your native resolution automatically, however we are planning on adding resolutions options so that specific resolutions can be forced if they aren't working automatically. We're hoping to get that out within the next week or so.
This does not seem to work propely.
C:\Users\[USER_NAME]\AppData\Local\WeWentBack\Saved\Config\WindowsNoEditor
Open GameUserSettings.ini
Copy/paste this code :
[/script/engine.gameusersettings]
ResolutionSizeX=2560
ResolutionSizeY=1440
(This is my resolution, best is to take another UE4 game to know which resolution you need)
You can also add this :
DesiredScreenWidth=3840
DesiredScreenHeight=2160
(I think it's important to have)

Don't change settings after having make modification in GameUSerSettings.ini. Else, thoses modifications will be lost and overwritten.
You can also put thoses launch option : -DX12 -NOTEXTURESTREAMING -high -USEALLAVAILABLECORES -refresh 144
[To dev] The main problem is than the game put DesiredScreenWidth & DesiredScreenHeight to 1280 by 720. It make everything blurry.
