The password is Futile. Players will discover the password in gameplay by collecting four photographs of phases of the moon painted onto objects dispersed around the game world. After each one you collect, pin it onto the board in the office. Once you have all of them, a record will play which you will find in the office. Pick it up and you will discover it has letters scrawled on the letter that correspond to the poster of the moon phases.

Maybe you didn't realise that you can rearrange those four pictures to make other combinations. Keep trying until you find a real word.

There's an easier way to do it than just rearranging the photos until you get a real word. Until you collect all four of the photos, there's no benefit to trying to sort the pictures you currently have. But when you do gather the fourth, you will begin to hear music once they return to the room with the crypods. That will be your cue to return to office.You'll see the golden record playing the music. Once you grab it, you'll find letters scrawled on it. If you recall, there are two photos in the right position on the board with letters under it, and a poster of moon phases beside the board. If you put the record in the center of the poster and rotate the record to line up with the moon phases of the lettered photos, you can follow the clockwise order of letters w/ corresponding moon signs for the rest of the photos to get the answer, Futile.

I just keep getting sent back by the skull face guy. I've searched everywhere, and it wont let me go back cause the door is red, I dont know.
