Sorry about the trouble you're having with the blur, we want to add a few more options to the graphics menu, so we'll stick this in the backlog along with the other options we're planning!
As Doomsday_Warrior pointed out, setting Post Processing to Low should help with this for the time being. We are planning on implementing a more intuitive way to change this in the future, keep an eye out for patches!
We believe this issue may be fixed for all graphical settings, we didn't actually have proper motion blur enabled (And we're keeping it that way!), but we did have an intentional input lag that was added as a stylistic choice which did look a bit like motion blur. However, given that there are many having issues because of it, we've disabled it in the latest patch.
Can those who had this issue try the game out again, and see if this fixed the problem for them?
To disable motion blur, open this file:

Thanks man, one problem down. Anything to put in there to get Inverted Y-axis for the mouse? Litteraly unplayable...
