After that you should get an item that lets you travel over water. From there, go back to the sand city and exit to the west.

In the main section of the city, but the northern end. The wall will look different and there will be some guards. The western wall isn't that long, if you really can't find the spot just check the whole thing.

you have to go back to Lux Solis Campus (first town when you start the game) and do the Mirror battle, you'll then get the surfboard which you can use to the west of Darudic
