There's an easy and a hard way to tackle the challenge.
The hard way is to learn your teams strengths and weaknesses and know how to counter your own build with your own build.
The easy way is realizing it copies your team (and makes them have perfect potential), use only two mons, with a very weak mon leading, immediately swap to one of your stronger mons that has moves that are super effective to itself, buff itself up a lot, then proceed to sweep.
