where is campus trainer hub f1?
the engineer sent me a message said i need to meet them at campus trainer hub f1. how can i get to there?

That is back at the very start of the game. You need to fast travel back to the Lux Solis campus. The trainer hub will be right next to the teleport point.

If i rmemeber correctly you need to take the steps upstairs from where xaelon said to go, there inside the building on the far right
