I really like what I see from this game but before I buy I would like to know how active the PvP scene? Do you find matches ?

To answer OPs question, on average there are about 250 playing. So if there is a PvP scene, it's incredibly small.

I would wait to see when switch version comes out. Hopefully cross play will be a thing.

You can see there isn't a mouse icon next to his name. Means he doesn't own it. Again, weird to assume.

If you're looking for a vanilla pokemon experience, then this game would be fun. It doesn't do anything out of the ordinary. If you're looking for something more than that, I wouldn't purchase the game.

The devs are going to provide a content update for more end game, so at least that's something to look forward to.
