Yeah, I've noticed that the combat isn't very smooth; inputs can be laggy as well. Not sure if it's just a game engine issue, but I exceed the minimum specs and can play graphic intensive modern games as well.

Turning down the settings seems to help somewhat, but it's still very noticeable.
