[SOLVED] Crashes on Startup...

I just upgraded my graphics card from a GTX 760 to an RTX 2070 Super, and suddely the game won't start. It gets about halfway through the opening loading screen and then just crashes. Is there a cache or config file I need to delete?

New feedback: Even if everything seemed to tell my game had crashed, I waited for 1min and I loaded to the menu eventually. However, xinput gamepad (Xbox 360 wireless) is recognized in settings but appart from L Stick, nothing works.

I managed to select characters with keyboard but in the end, the game crashed during characters' intros. I waited for 10 min, nothing. Just music looping

Your xbox controller should work seamlessly, If there is an issue it's probably due to other usb devices and drivers conflicting. Did you try the game in vs mode or only arcade? Does it crash in every mode?

My pad works seamlessly with all other games, I tested it right after. Maybe this has to do with the "strange" first loading behaviour that could miss libs?

No I don't believe that issue is related. I've read of this issue with my first game and it turned out to generally be issues with the users drivers or other controllers or usb devices that were connected.

One thing that really helped too was making sure my scaling was set to GPU (seems obvious I know, but somehow it had got switched in the Nvidia control panel and wrecked a bunch of games).

I don't see a way to do there here.

But it's just under the Nvidia Control Panel: Display > Adjust Desktop Size and Position > Scaling.

Thanks! I have a 980TI with a clean install of the newest drivers, and it is freezing about 1/3 the way through the startup loading screen.

I have a rtx 1650 with 16 GB of ram it's not top of the game and well its not working I also had to try with another pc with a rtx 2060 not working either! 2 times I buy this game and it still doesn't work

I don't know why it's not working for some computers , but it's working for others. I am still investigating.

in all that is sure is that all my other games work destiny 2, counter strikes, age of empire! my pilots are all up to date and the pc is new! it comes bi3n from your games and I hope with all my heart that it works one day because the as soon as the fight starts black screen I hear noises round one fight that's all I can not play message of mistakes
