GTA flickering and lagging on Windows (10)

I tried with both cards on my Optimus laptop, but it's the same. Does anybody know how to fix this?

You need to change resolution by pressing F11.

The Screen goes black if i select highest x32 setting, and still stutters at highest x16 setting.

Mine goes black too on all 32 bit resolutions, and stutters like crazy on all 16 bit resolutions.

Has anyone figured out a workaround for this

You can extract it directly into \Steam\steamapps\common\Grand Theft Auto\WINO to make Steam launch it instead of the broken GTA.

pressing f11 and changing to any of the 32 bit resolutions fixed it for me. it was trying to run in 16 bit.
