Underneath your library you can select add game, then add non Steam game then you can use steam to run the exe and it will display like normal games so people will know your playing it. That's about as far as it goes but the very least you can run it through Steam.

Best way to play it - its download free dos version that supports 3dfx mode in dosbox (best looking version - grass is very realistic, a lot higher resolution) - dont remember how its called. i have this at home.

If you want to get the steam version of gta1 and gta2, the only way is to get someone to buy a key or gift for the gta complete bundle(include gta1&2)
