How complete is the game so far?

I kinda hate early access games but as a recently-turned Project Diva fan and a long-time eurobeat fanatic, this game has caught my eye. Is it worth buying now or should I wait to see if it actually gets developed? I really hate when a game feels too 'incomplete' after I bought it.
