He has no infinites. He is either stopped with his meter or either by hitstun decay.

Regarding ToD he can do it only on some member of the cast having low health. However in order to achieve it he has to be awekened and has a big MP meter. I've never seen a ToD in a match, I'm not talking about grey life before ending it, I'm talking about a full 100% to 0%. Everything else is not a ToD, just a hard hitting combo.
