Why is Spectre's Mini Skirt and Thong Panty censored?

The original design on DFO website is very different to what we are seeing here she seems to be censored and covered up. She is wearing short pants like really?

In the original DFO game she clearly is wearing tight mini skirt and thongs. Why did they take this away from our girl?

As someone who has leveled the class to max level I think you're buggin. Feel free to check out all the official artwork and there are quite a few variations, but none of them have a thong. Some have short pants, some have the leather skirt design, some have more of a leotard look... none of them have a thong?

who cares if they make her wear a winter jacket and snow pants someone will just mod the stuff in once shes out next year sometime

I had assumed the mini skirt goes with a thongs because who as hot as spectre would ever wear a mini skirt with anything but a thong?

I had a look on youtube and saw a cinematic video with this same design so I think she looks hot regardless, honestly the most important thing is her ultra long instagram model hair.

And that IMO is most important so i guess I can live with her in shorts it just would have been perfect with mini skirt.

This isn't meant to be rude, but it'll probably come off as it. Who cares? If what makes or breaks a character/game for a fighting game is specifically slightly less sex appeal, then unfortunately I can only assume your Steam library is full of hentai games and visual novels. It's not like she's been put into a burka, she was given 2 extra pieces of slightly see-through clothing.

I don't get the problem with Spectre in DNF. Here is a video from official DFO website presenting the Neo:Spectre. Spectre sprite is in her Rebellion outfit (1st awekening avatar like in DNF) and you can clearly see that the sprite is that same as the one in DNF.

So ok we all know that there are 2 versions of Spectre, one having less clothes than the other one, but both versions are totally official.

We have Spectre, finally a new DLC announced after more than 6 month release and silence, and people are annoyed because they wanted to see more skin. Looks like they are on a crusade for the liberation of freedom of morals just because of an artistic choice that totally fits with the universe.
