Report a translation problem
First of all thanks to @HrzJmz for the help. With more guys like him the community would be a better place to tinker :).
The problem was that before the error I was playing docked and increased the IN-GAME resolution to 1080p. After undocking, the game was trying to render the same resolution that deck's screen does not support. So, docked the deck the again, the game opened in the external large screen, changed the IN-GAME resolution down to 1280x800x32, exit, undocked and tried again, boom! it opened nicely and now back in LA for some serious old school arcade racing.
