Not bad. Good for people who are stuck. What's good is you show many mistakes while still winning.

Some ideas:
  • Leave some tips longer. 5:11 in the first video is a bit short to read all the text.
  • Savo 3 approach to the third checkpoint should be ~130 mph and it's best to aim directly at the checkpoint. Not a big time loss if you don't land on the checkpoint.
  • 3:31 on second video: it's OK as a general tip to let go of the gas to let the AI pass you, otherwise you end up fighting them like you did. You can also let the AI pass you at the start of Savo 1, although it is possible on the Nousagi to pass all of them before the alley.
  • 3:40 2nd video: do not go the way of the AI! Keep going on the street and there will be a second opening into the building by driving over grass. Then you have a straight path to the ramp. This route is also faster.
  • 5:55 2nd video: you could slow down a bit and grind the left wall all the way to the ramp instead of braking hard.
  • 1:43 3rd video: it is a little faster to go straight through the intersection, take three left turns (hitting the checkpoint on the 2nd), and continuing straight through the 3rd checkpoint of that group.
  • 2:56 3rd video: you missed the alley on the right, which is optimal.
  • 3:29 3rd video: it is faster to take the slight right path to get the checkpoint near the park, drive through the park down to the checkpoint, and then come up the ramp on the left of the freeway.
  • 6:04 3rd video: it is optimal to take the slight left, grab the checkpoint going towards the Convention Center, and snake your way to the next by the Watts Towers.
  • 9:54 3rd video: it is easier to go on the opposite side of the freeway to drive with traffic to take the ramp down to the lower level of the freeway. You don't have to race against traffic using this path.

Hey,

Thanks for the extra input. Yes, my point was to make a "normal" run where it shows that mistakes are also part of the race. Making a flawless walk-through would not help anyone.

Interesting to see there are still so many alternative ways. Thanks for taking the time to highlight those areas.
