What is this?

This came out of nowhere for me. Granted i did not check a lot of game releases lately.
Any hopes for this games that is't good?

I checkt the devs history on steam. Apparently they had a fairly good Co-Op Shooter release back in 2019. The Blackout Club.

That game also went totally under my radar. Dang, i miss a lot it seems.

It seems not. There's reviews already and it seems game is pretty bad.

Its a cash grab OP. Basically a linear beat-em-up with 5 hours of content made in unity.

Their $900 million deal with viacom or whoever stated a game was part of the contract. This is what they plopped out to fulfill that obligation, minimum viable product garbage.

Hi, just wanted to clarify The Blackout Club is not a co-op shooter. It's a co-op stealth horror game. During it's active development period it was story driven with it's main appeal being "Enhanced horror nights" where voice actors portraying the ingame characters could "invade your game" and make you a part of the story. It also has Player vs Player in form of the Stalker which is an enemy player that works with the Ai to bring down the co-op players.

You can still find active lobbies from time to time but active development was ceased due to lack of funding and then development ceased all together after the story was wrapped up.

Can i hope the devs will put more work into the game after launch and make it worthwhile? probably not. But, ill still give it a try before condemning it.

If you Trust Matt and Trey to make a good game, the feeling is mutual.

Its called Snow Day, but you got to buy the deluxe edition to even make snowballs. LOL

1. i trust no one or any reviews wat might be bad for u might be good for me
2. devs got families to feed too so i dont mind the deluxe stuff
3. IGN gives bad reviews on good games an good reviews on ♥♥♥♥ games dont believe me go look at their game ratings for anthem lmao

Nah, I see this as Starfield lite, just alot of vague marketing to sell a cash grab. So I respect IGN for giving that trash game a way too generous 7/10, while the others were calling it a masterpiece. Ill go sit in the corner now, the reviews should be cascading in soon.

Nah, I already dont like it. Ive watched a few hours of gameplay. I'll wait for the needed improvements, like sounds when weapons hit, and fun lol.
