Why is the game not available in China and Ukraine?

THQ, did you go crazy there? I can understand why the game is not available in Russia, but what did the chinese and ukrainians do to you? This is despite the fact that in Japan, where neither The Stick of Truth nor The Fractured But Whole is available, Snow Day is available. Can someone explain to me what's going on?

im gonna guess that those places are not a big fan of their comedy styles, not sure why, everyone deserves to play any south park game, or see their shows.

I'm agree, that it's kinda super weird.. I have both games of the series and was super-hyped for a co-op game in series joining the squad... Why the hell this decision was made?

didnt china put a ban on south park after they massively disrespected china? I can imagine thats a reason why snow day isnt available there, Ukraine tho I have no idea.

Regarding China specifically, South park made fun of the CCP which, like all paranoid fascist dictatorships, doesn't handle satire very well.

South Park was banned by the CCP in China so no way they'd allow a game. Even if they did, the amount of censorship work for a different version of the game wouldn't be worth it.

Different company making this.
Stick of truth and FBW are both made by obsidian entertainment and Ubisoft.
This is made by Question and THQ.

Remember Ubisoft doesnt own southpark. they can easily go to other companies to try to make southpark games.

they went bankrupt before the first game was finished and got broken up?

ubi bought the unfinished project game being made by obsidian, thq were meant to be the publisher of, that game was stick of truth.

obsidian was the dev, thq was original publisher but ♥♥♥♥ the bed, so it went to ubi.

Probably banned in Ukraine due to the war. Perhaps they don't want Ukrainian funds to be intercepted or seized by Russia to fuel the war.
