Some ideas
There's a lot I like at the game and a lot that could be easily improved. After a few hours of playing here my 5 cents:

> The lists of what has to be in rooms or the lobby is to rigid. I don't want to have mirrors in my lobby, don't force me to put any inside. Yes, a bathroom needs a shower or a bathtub and a toilet, but if there's one or two cabinets shouldn't matter. Maybe set a minimum $$$ threshold a room should reach to be "livable".

> The whims of wanna-be guests are so annoying. I'd rather they are like quests. Phone call comes, they state what they want and are willing to pay for and you can accept or decline them. It's my hotel, I don't wanna dress a room up for you.

> Items. More. Much more. Especially paintings. There's barely enough to cover the basics. This is not a house to fill it's a whole hotel, so having incredible much items is such a must have.

> Make the middle mouse button copy elements like other building games do. Having to search trough the items to find the exact floor or wall I used is tedious and unnecessary.

> Fix bugs. There's to many. This isn't Early Access, or?

> Guests... feel... weird. They kind of are around but also not. Maybe have them use the hotel actually. Walk around, out the door, arrive with luggage. Like... a little believable. This would do a lot for immersion. Right now it feels like an empty shell.

> The cleaning and repairing is fun for the first time, then tedious. Give us an option to hire cleaning/repairing crew - which lowers our income. So we can choose ourselves if it's worth it for us or not. Let us maybe update the hotels infrastructure as well, to minimize breakdowns in time (piping overhaul, electric system, etc...)

> A challenge. A challenge to run the hotel with success to make money would be nice. As it is, money is just thrown at you. That guarantees that people get bored.
