Iguana mission bug

I had a random event which i had to find an iguana for the guest in room 103, and i have found it but when i released it in the room 103, event didn't accomplished. Now I've lost iguana too. Am i missing something?

No, i didn't even know that i could talk with the guest

That's not what I had in mind :) You should get feedback after the quest if you succeeded or failed. Is the task still active? If it is, then please send us your save file to [e-mail]. We'll check it on our end :)

Could the iguana have wriggled free just before you pressed the key that would have released it back into the room? That happened to me with this event once. The iguana can get loose while you're holding it and if it does so while you're in the right room, before you release it properly, it won't count for the event and you will need to find it all over again.

If you can't find it on that floor, try going to another floor in the elevator and then back again. That causes the iguana to respawn so it will definitely be somewhere on that floor. (This also works with other quests where you have to find something but it doesn't seem to be there, such as the wallet quest or the missing musical items.)
