Not just the carpet. There is a small pie shaped piece of broken plate that cannot be destroyed either. Near the middle of the room. It will move if you have the broom out, so you can find it.

As I progressed I got the dynamite, it cleans out the piece I was mentioning.

Even without dynamite, After the carpet, I cleaned the full place and didn't find any broken plate I couldn't remove with basic tools
