Accidentally blew up the electric guitar??

I used dynamite in some of the rooms, and I'm wondering if its possible that I have blown up the electric guitar in one of the rooms? I still have the piano, tried beating it again to pop it out, and that didn't work. Any suggestions, or do I start a new game to get that last achievement. I cannot find this guitar, and I'm done with the game lol.
