I bet it's a real utopia, lol.
The character skins don't bother me, and if I understand the concept of hotel renovation correctly, the NPC animations shock me: lifeless robots that have no interaction with objects in the environment ( do not sleep, do not eat, do not wash etc.) and that is a shame: this is why "Hotel renovator" is not an AAA, but above all in the long term an unprofitable game to develop (by actually managing a staff , and the desires and needs of the NPCs to animate them there would be so much DLC to offer...
rq: I love supermarket simulator, intelligent in its game mechanics, on the other hand visually not at all immersive (especially in terms of attitudes and behavior of the NPCs, but given how the game developer listens to the community, at a "lightning speed" , the game can only improve and become a reference of the genre even if Drago (Gaz simulator) arrives at the same concept with great strides (with a lot of attitudes and life of the characters: who argue in the shelves, damage goods, can get injured and slip, fly etc etc): as much as the context of the game is important as its immersion, many forgetting and 2 horizons unfortunately do the same to kill their concept (because the rest of the game is purely "excellent ", I don't understand why they don't benefit from it as a development studio, I would capitalize on it especially since the game is visually several years in advance)
The lack of activity on this forum from both the players and the Devs indicate this is a dying game, along with their last ditch effort to squeeze the last ounce of cash from people by discounting the game (still more expensive than the EA game though)
You are right, this COULD have been a grade A game but it isn't, it's just an abandoned cash grab!! People thinking of buying this game BEWARE, I stopped playing over a year ago and deeply regret ever buying from this developer, I won't be making the same mistake twice!
I really, seriously would like to know your thoughts on the subject.
We realise that the NPCs can be an eyesore. However, we can't promise a major overhaul. We will try our best to find a compromising solution.
