Penthouse Glitching

I'm trying to complete the Penthouse task and its just not letting me complete it. I've gone around the areas and all seem to have the right decor etc, but it says cleaning 100/100% in the main hallway and not allowing me to book out the penthouse. Anything I'm missing or is anyone else having this issue too?
Also, can't finish decorating the 1st floor lobby that is alongside the balcony area, cant fill in the last column of walls

As for the Penthouse, you may have a cobweb or two. I had this issue. Started with a 5.0 star rating exited game, started the game the next day and that room as well as some others were down to 4.9/4.8. It took a lot of troubleshooting including re-renovating twice. It finally dawned on me that I might have a cobweb so I used the black paint to 'highlight' the walls and that's how I found all the errant cobwebs in the rooms. I think somehow the game reverts some aspects during loading. I suspect it might have some of these issues from all of the NPC's wandering around cluttering the place up. Hope this solves it for you!
