Rms. 106, 203 and Penthouse bugged to only 4.9 stars

I cannot seem to get past 4.9 stars on any of the following rooms despite re-renovating several times. Not sure what the issue is. Is anyone else having this issue?

So, I answered my own question, at least in Room 203, I missed two cobwebs and once I removed them I got to 5.0, going to search the other rooms now.

EDIT: I found cobwebs in all of the rooms I was having issues with so everything is good now. It's weird because the cobwebs weren't there when I first renovated the game at least I don't think they were, several of the rooms in question I had been able to get to 5.0 and it was only on re-load the next day that the stars went down. I guess just a bug. However, if anyone has this issue a quick way to find the cobwebs is to get the black paint ready to paint a wall (don't actually paint it and don't destroy your wall covering) hover over the wall in full wall mode (find this by using Q&E when the paint roller is selected) and then just search the wall visually for the cobwebs. I'm sure someone has thought of this before me but it helped me save money finally!
