How to repair sauna / Spa?

I already renovated the hall and the changing room and are now able to repair the sauna.

But in order to repair the sauna, I need a repaired pool which I can´t clean because cleaning is stuck a 45%, even after vaccuming each single square-mm forth.

meantime I got the vaccum robots and deployed them all over the pool - now they cleaned 59% of the area, but are still stuck with that.

following them is pretty awesome: They are flying above the pool using the same level of the regular floor.

Don't quote me on this as trying to remember.. I think I went by the large back wall of a thing on the terrace overlooking the pool and it gave me the prompt... Please correct me if wrong! Kind of a PITA as I had to "Enter" to get the pool to save/repair multiple times but might be just a lagish thing...

The cleanup of the terrace had been done successfully from inside the pool using the alternate vacuum cleanup to all the corners - each mm, step by step. the vacuum ran under the terrace.

I managed to repair my sauna, but I can't upgrade it. The requirements state I have to have 10 guests to improve it. I currently have 12 rooms rented out, and I still can't improve the sauna.

I have to say, there are still an appalling number of bugs in this game.
