Replace Broken Furniture in 108 -nothing broken

Is this a glitch? There nothing broken to replace in the room? I can't procede to book the penthouse til this task is done.

* Go to C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Local\Hotel_Renovator\Saved where <username> is your Windows profile name
* If you have more than one saved file, please start the game and load the one where the issue occurred and close it
* The save game file with the most recent change date is the one we need

There is no \AppData\Local\ file that I can find in the username file

In file explorer make sure show hidden files and folders is on as its a hidden file.
