Maid Service?

So I purchased the cleaning service and nothing happens. The rooms still get dirty to where I have to pull out the vacuum and clean. How do you actually get them to start cleaning? Am I missing something?

Where would that be on the tablet? I tried to click on the maid service thing again, but it said it was already purchased. I feel so incompetent LOL

On the tablet where it says booking tab, on each room floor at the top of each room is a room service button to toggle it off and on.

Under the cleaning tab, I put 1-2 robot vacuums in each room and halls - no more cleaning issues, except for muddy lobby,
