Mission says add a desk...no desk option in furniture

So it says add desk under mission objectives, i'm early level with not much money btw...I purchased a table, End Table, etc... what Item is considered "A DESK" ????? as I have bought what are usually considered "desks" and they do not work...

For some strange reason, desks are found in the STAR tab for 'special' items. The menus in this game are maddening. Hope this info helps.

I found that too. The dev needs to sort it out :)

Well, they may get around to it once they have finished their DLC but only time will tell.

desks are in 'special' category. not sure why but my only guess would be because they're a 'special' item for the event guests

I tried to put a desk in the hotel office and it took me a while to find where they were hiding :)
