help negative effect smell

how to i fix rooms having a negative of smell. i have all skills and it happens for noise to. what am i missing?

Upgrade the sauna on the third floor it will allow 1 negative effect

for noise you need the sound proofing skill, BUT... one of the special guests is a punk girl and she is way too loud even with the sound proofing so avoid her

i have both of them and still thing like smell and sound are an issue

I think I just found out that the negative effect "smell" is caused by certain guests you accept (fisherman, cowboy) just say no to avoid the effect. Hope that helps

Yes I had a horse in My lobby and had a negative effect. I sped up time to get ride of them
They went and the negative effect also disappeared
