Do we ever get to use the 2nd elevator?

At the very least fix the elevator doors because even broken elevators have their doors completely closed in order to keep guests from injury or death by entering the area. Obviously this is just a game but we are supposed to have (eventually) 5 star hotels, but I have a feeling that if in real life guests were subjected to these eyesores 5 stars would be quite out of reach. So, could we get them closed if not fixed?

I am hoping u will add a new wing to the hotel where lift 2 goes, as I finished this game way too quick, I loved it I want more!!! Am so addicted, u could easily add more guests and stories 😁 can't wait for the next update. Thanks for such an awesome game.
