Renovate rooms/suites/villas?

I'm at the end where you improve the hotel. It says to renovate floor of: rooms & suites & villas but what is this? getting 5 star on every room? I have multiple rooms at 4.9/5 even though i meet every requirement with 5 star items...

You need to buy new floors of these 3 types and renovate all rooms of these 3 floors.
Use the tablet to buy it. On the Booking section, click the "+" on the bottom left corner.
