Penthouse bug?

Iv been trying the last few hours to finish the left side of the penthouse as you walk in.
Iv been stuck at 85% the last 3 hours. Have used dynamite to clear everything multiple times and searched every nook and cranny for webs. Have also reset game/pc a few times and still no luck, anyone have an idea on what I’m missing maybe?

I'm not that far yet but I have noticed that some walls and cielings can't be touched, I experienced it between the main lobby and upper lobby, the cieling and walls can't be repaired, might bet he same kinda issue with where you are

game isn't finished it still has bugs to be worked out

I really hope not, iv seen people with similar bugs with rooms not renting ect but have not come across this, and until I can complete it I can’t rent it out and move forward :(

The penthouse has multiple rooms there are even some tiny rooms that can be overseen also the balcony outside needs to be cleaned to i can`t tell if there is a bug but i had none and i was able to rent out the penthouse!

I have the same problem. Book Penthouse, if I look into my Tablet: "Finish all quests for this room". The only quest is: Book Penthouse. All rooms at 5.0 including pool.... Somebody an idea?

i ended up finding a bit in bathroom that wasn't cleaned, apparently through the wall after going over it 100 times, managed to book it twice and now its at 5* and i cant book it again because its "incomplete" along with the whole hotel being everything complete but no next steps

Please check if all your rooms are rented out, maybe there is a piece of furniture missing somewhere. There is a known bug where the game doesn't register one of the furniture pieces after a waterpipe leak event, or the chicken event. You would need to sell a furniture piece like a table, bed, or chair and place it back in the room.

Let me know if that helps, if not we will figure something out.

I tried selling a few things but the icon didn't pop up to show what was missing, it just kept showing "Book Penthouse"

I got it working by buying the robot vaccum upgrade. Idk why that worked but when I went back up, I could book

I'm having the same issue, just can't book the penthouse. All tasks are complete. :(

The robot will auto clean the whole place . Sounds like it found whatever you missed.
I have also noticed sometimes you have to go to each floor to refresh the roomba. just step off the elevator is usually enough.

hello to all, having had the same problem as many of you, it was technical for me to break everything and start all over again on the whole floor in the order requested by the game and then it's unlocked :) hesitate no need to occupy yourself on another floor either so that the loading can be done well

Double check and see if you have flooring missing. I was able to fix the issue by replacing the flooring that was just in front of a couple of doors, it's just the thinnest sliver and so I wasn't seeing it. Once I replaced my missing flooring I was able to book the room.

Make sure that you are 'pushing' your vacuum INTO the walls in case the trash has gone into the Twilight Zone. Many people have said that this is where their trash was found and the room finally updates to cleaned. I hope the issue is this simple for you, (in the event that you haven't already tried it at any rate), aside from that, I cannot imagine what is causing it other than a bug.
