Guest Complaints
Why are my guests complaining in the Booking app about being scared or the room having a smell if there are no ghosts and the cleanliness is maxed?

I figured it out. If you book certain events like the superhero or the fisherman they will cause the guests to be upset. The fisherman brings the smell and the superhero brings the scared influence.
