How do I paint this!

I am playing sandbox, because I couldn't finish story either. Now I am having the same issue. I can't paint two walls and a ceiling that are all together. I am on the first floor of the hotel. I have tried using the crowbar again on it several times with no luck. It is right above the little balcony by the elevators. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I'm having the same problem also my walls are glitching in the office. I Have tried changing all the setting but still no good. Is there others having the same problem.

try painting it from the bottom floor from the lobby. It might be classified as part of different floor/room.

I tried painting it from all angles. Thanks for the suggestion though, it is on a different floor.
